Description
The SEO Support Rep is a support role responsible primarily for supporting the SEO Account Managers in various tasks. The strategist will generate and send reporting for all clients, assist in the onboarding analysis and setup, and other tasks as needed by the Account Management team. In some cases, the strategist will also be responsible for maintenance of reactive accounts.

Accountabilities
- Generating and sending monthly reporting to clients
- Performing SEO analyses on client websites
- Creating on-site optimization recommendations for client websites
- Performing keyword research
- Building out roadmaps for client campaigns
- Performing any other tasks as needed by the Account Management team
- Position may include other duties as determined by the company.


Required:
- Associates Degree (or certificate)
- 0-1 year of experience in Technical Customer Service
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- SEO knowledge is a plus, but not required (training will be provided for new hires)
- Ability to learn and adapt to developing technologies, and an ever changing industry

- Traditional office hours are 8 - 5.
- We are able to be flexible with school schedules, so long as the 40 hour work week (for full time positions) is maintained.
